I've been coming to J creative unisex salon regularly and I'm always happy with the results. The staffs are skilled, friendly and really listen to what you want instead of just doing their own thing. The salon is clean, well maintained, and has a great vibe. Whether it's a haircut, styling or grooming, the quality has been consistently good every single time. Had an excellent experience at J Creative Unisex Salon! Went in for a haircut and couldn't be happier with the result. The stylist really knew what they were doing — attentive to what I wanted, skilled with the execution, and the whole process felt professional from start to finish. "Booked a premium hydrating facial here, but the experience was completely ruined by the aesthetician. Despite me warning him that my skin is highly sensitive, he used heavily perfumed products that burned. My face broke out into a severe, itchy rash. Disappointing experience—ruined my hair I visited J Creative Saloon hoping for a professional cut, but I left completely disappointed. I asked for simple layers and showed a reference photo, but the stylist completely overdid it and left my hair looking choppy and uneven. To make matters worse, they blow-dried my hair without using a nozzle, leaving it incredibly frizzy and dry instead of smooth. For a salon with "Creative" in the name, the basic technique just isn't there. I had to go home and fix it myself. I won't be returning.
